Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Withdrawal for digital services
Derso is a digital service activated on your account at the moment of purchase. Because access opens immediately with your consent, statutory cooling-off/withdrawal rights may no longer apply where local law provides an exception for instantly delivered digital services. That is why at checkout we ask you to confirm 'I accept immediate access and that my right of withdrawal ends.'
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Account screen. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refund is issued. If a free trial was offered and you cancel during it, you are not charged at all.
App Store purchases
For purchases made through the App Store, Apple is the merchant of record: subscriptions are cancelled from your device's Settings > Subscriptions, and refund requests are handled through Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com). Derso cannot issue direct refunds for those purchases.
Exceptional refunds
If you were entirely unable to access the service due to a technical fault, or in cases of duplicate/incorrect charges, contact [email protected]. Such requests are assessed in good faith without prejudice to your statutory rights; approved refunds are made to your original payment method (bank posting usually takes a few business days).
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. Where local law provides consumer dispute bodies, you may bring disputes before them.
