Derso English
Is Derso English free?
The free tier is always available: the spoken level test, your first real conversation on us, and unlimited Listen & Repeat - no card required. For unlimited practice, Premium plans are in the app and in the Pricing section of the homepage.
My microphone isn't working / it can't hear me.
Make sure your browser has microphone permission (the lock icon in the address bar). Speak in a quiet spot, close to the mic. If it persists, you can always reply by typing - the flow is the same.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you bought on the web, cancel via the link in your Stripe receipt email or by contacting us; on iPhone, cancel in your App Store subscriptions with one tap. Access continues until the end of the period.
Are my conversations recorded?
Voice recordings are not stored after transcription. We never share your data with ad networks; see the Privacy Policy for details.
What if Maya makes a mistake?
Maya is AI and can occasionally make mistakes. Send a problematic correction or reply to support with the scenario name and we'll improve the content and grading.
Derso Academy
What is Derso Academy?
Our separate product for Turkish speakers: voiced lessons, pause-and-ask, Socratic study, and certified exams. It lives under /academy with its own account and plans pages.
I forgot my Academy password.
Use the Forgot Password page with your email; a short-lived reset link will arrive.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Delete your account from the Account page; your learning data is removed irreversibly under applicable data-protection laws.
