Is Derso free during beta?+
Yes. During beta, recorded intro lessons and the included topic quotas are free. Paid plans will be shown clearly on the Plans page when they go live.
I forgot my password. What should I do?+
Use the Forgot Password page with your email address. A reset link will arrive in your inbox and is valid for a limited time.
What if Zeynep gives a wrong or incomplete answer?+
Lessons are for learning and do not replace professional advice. Send us the lesson or topic link with the answer you found problematic so we can improve the content and rubrics.
Can I delete my account and data?+
Yes. You can delete your account from the Account page. This permanently removes your learning data.
Who should we contact for teams?+
For team pilots, contact us from the teams section on the Plans page. We can discuss seats, shared topic pools, and custom course production.
