derso is a digital service activated on your account at the moment of purchase. Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, once access is opened with your consent, the 14-day withdrawal right cannot be used. That is why at checkout we ask you to confirm 'I accept immediate access and that my right of withdrawal ends.'
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Account screen. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refund is issued.
If you were entirely unable to access the service due to a technical fault, or in cases of duplicate/incorrect charges, contact [email protected]. Such requests are assessed in good faith without prejudice to your statutory rights; approved refunds are made to your original payment method (bank posting usually takes a few business days).
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights arising from Law No. 6502 and related legislation. For disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.
