This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER KYCEL INC (Delaware, USA) (Address: 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901, USA; US EIN: 32-0811445; Email: [email protected]) and the BUYER who purchases the service (identified by the name and email provided at sign-up), under the terms below.
The subject is the determination of the parties' rights and obligations regarding the digital learning service ordered by the BUYER on derso.ai, whose features and price are stated in the Preliminary Information Form and on the checkout screen.
The service is offered as a subscription plan (Plus/Pro, monthly or yearly) or a one-time credit pack. The applicable price is the VAT-included amount shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each period; the BUYER may cancel anytime from their account.
Upon payment confirmation, the service is activated on the BUYER's account instantly. The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. Access is provided via web and mobile app for the plan period. AI-generated content may contain errors and does not constitute professional (financial/legal/medical) advice.
Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for digital content and services performed and delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun WITH the BUYER's consent. By requesting immediate access and giving consent at checkout, the BUYER accepts that the right of withdrawal ends. Where performance has not yet begun (access not opened), the 14-day withdrawal right is reserved.
On subscription cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period and the next period is not charged. Refund conditions are governed by the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and Privacy Policy.
For disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to accept all terms of this agreement.
