derso is a digital learning service offering AI-powered voice lessons, interactive study sessions, and level exams. The service is delivered digitally with instant, time-limited access according to the subscription plan (Plus/Pro) or one-time credit pack you choose.
All prices are shown VAT-included on the checkout screen according to your chosen plan. Payment is collected by card via Stripe; your card details are not stored by the Seller. Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly/yearly) until cancelled.
The service is provided electronically and activated on your account the moment payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery. Access is provided through the web and mobile app for the plan period.
As a rule, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days without cause. HOWEVER, under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for digital content/services performed instantly and delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once performance begins WITH the consumer's consent. By giving this consent at checkout, you request immediate access and accept that your right of withdrawal ends. See the Refund and Withdrawal Policy for details.
